You've got to give this guy credit for trying. Humorous footage captured in Fujian Province of China shows the moment a bull literally went head over heels when he tried to mount a larger female.
At first not much happens as the animal plots his move and builds up his courage. But after a short while the bull decides the time has come and springs into action.
He sized up her voluptuous rump and made his move. Jumping up onto his hind legs, the animal initially crashes into the back of the much larger brown cow with his head.
He then manages to mount the female, who fails to move out the way despite appearing to be unimpressed by the move.
At this point it would seem that things would be about to pay off for the bull.
However, disaster suddenly strikes as the animal jumps into the air and loses his balance.
This results in the bull tumbling backwards and falling onto the ground before rolling over and quickly climbing to his feet.
Next time he'll tailor his lust to his size
